Selling Motorcycle on eBay Guide - eBay Motorcycle Fees Explained

It’s a little hard to figure out the exact fees you’d have to pay at the end of your auction since the eBay’s fees structure is not very straight forward.
As of now, eBay charges $100 listing fee for the first 4 motorcycle listings per year (it’s $80 if you have more than 4 motorcycle listings in a single year), extra $7 if you set a reserve price. These are the listing insertion time fees. In addition, eBay charges the final value fees after your bike sells.
If you listed your motorcycle as a Fixed Price listing (not an auction style), when it sells, eBay charges 9% from the total price if it sells for under $1000 or 2% if it sells for more.
For an auction style motorcycle listing, eBay basically charges $2.19 plus 3.5% of the total price if it sells for under $1000. If your motorcycle sells for over $1000, your eBay final value fee is $36.31 plus 1.5% of the balance of total price less $1025.
